Frequently asked questions
All plans include all premium features. Your subscription price consists of a base price for a tier of employee slots (Free for up to 5, Starter up to 10, Grow up to 25, Enterprise up to 50). If your team grows beyond your plan's limit, you can simply add them at ₹50/month per extra employee.
Paid plans are purchased securely via Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking). Prices include 18% GST. Your plan activates immediately after successful payment.
Yes. Request an upgrade any time from your billing page. Downgrades are allowed as long as your headcount fits the smaller plan.
You don't get blocked! You can add employees beyond your plan's limit at any time. Extra employees are simply charged at ₹50/month each. If you grow significantly, you can upgrade to a higher tier plan at any time to save on extra employee costs.
